Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Hale Iki (1 bedroom-sleeps 2 plus crib) rents for $155 per night. 4 Night Minimum. ($185 per night the weeks of 12/15-1/15). $100.00 non-refundable out-cleaning fee. (A $50 interim cleaning fee will be added to stays of 14 days or more.)
A 25% deposit (or $300, whichever is greater) will be required to hold your reservation. In addition, when the final balance payment is made, a $200 security deposit is required which will be refunded 14 days after departure, less damage/replacement costs, if any.
Tax: 13.416% tax added to rental fees (4.166% general excise and 9.25% transient accommodation)
Payment: Cash, Check, Traveler's Check or Money order
Cancellation: All fees received are non-refundable. If I rebook the house, I will refund all your money, minus a $50 processing fee.
