This luxuriously re-modeled duplex is located 130 steps to beach access or 100 steps (or approx. 1 and a half minute walk) to town in the famous Moonlight Beach area where you will find restaurants, shopping, and more. Short walk to train station and drive to numerous attractions in the southern California area. Please request any extras that would make your vacation as special as possible at no extra charge and we will try to accommodate you.

This property has been recently remodeled: This property has been recently remodeled with many upgrades.

Walk to downtown: The award winning historic Downtown Encinitas offers boutiques, fine galleries, antiques and all manner of of shops that offer goods and treasures. You will also find, incredible breakfast and lunch houses, burgers, ice cream and bakeries. In the evening for fine dining, coffee houses, the La Palma Theater, 101 Artists Colony and possibly your favorite watering hole.

Walk to the beach: Moonlight Beach is the place to have even more fun. Play volleyball, swim, surf, boogie board or just watch it all and get a suntan.

Other Activities: Your in San Diego where there is just about every activity except snow skiing.
