Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2000.00 - $2500.00 per week plus $500.00 refundable security deposit
- All Reservations after May 1st must be paid in full.
Week of May 30th, June 6th & June 13th - $2000.00 per week
Week of June 20th - $2250.00 per week
Week of June 27th thru August 29th - $2500.00 per week
Week of September 5th - $2250.00 per week
Week of September 12th - $2000.00 per week

Not Suitable for Children - Some properties are not suitable for younger guests, either because the property contains breakable items or items that may be hazardous to children.
Reservation Process:
Payment #1
Signed Lease and payment of $1500.00 USD ($1000.00 USD plus $500 USD security deposit due at booking ($500.00 returned within 30 days of rental per lease contract agreement) as down payment to book & reserve your week. )
Payment #2 $1000.00 - $1500.00 (depending on rental week)USD due 1 month after initial booking.
All Reservations after May 1st must be paid in full.
