Rehoboth Beach House Summary

This beautiful, popular, relaxing, and spacious Beach home shows like a model yet is comfortable and fun for all ages. It offers colorful unique painting, custom window treatments and every detail to make your vacation easy and relaxing has been thought of for you. Rentals are from Saturday - Saturday with check in at 2:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. I am on email very frequently so please email me to help answer all your questions or to book your week. Be assured that your family will want to return year after year to stay in this comfortable family friendly beach vacation home. This two-story twin home is perfect for groups of all sizes. We actually have two homes in the neighborhood that are 2 streets apart in case you need to rent both homes due to group size. The Keys of Marsh Harbor is a community of single and twin homes that brings a sense of the Florida Keys to the Rehoboth Beach area. We are ~ 1 mile to the beach/boardwalk and are behind Jungle Jim's water park.

The master bathrooms have stand-up showers and the upstairs hall bathroom has and shower/tub combination. A third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and large walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for the little ones. The upstairs loft is a semi-private space and is furnished with two twin beds. In addition to the full bathrooms in each master suite there is a full bathroom in the upstairs hallway. The master bathrooms have stand-up showers and the upstairs hall bathroom has and shower/tub combination. There is a powder room downstairs as well making a total of three-and-one-half bathrooms in this home. The other home, Simonton, has a master downstairs with a queen bed and the upstairs master is a king bed. The upstairs master has a balcony off of the bedroom. The loft has a twin and a queen bed. There is a 3 season room off of the family room.

We mail you a letter before your stay with the details necessary to enter the home and then simply enjoy your stay! Less time house hunting means more time for packing! This retreat is a clean, nicely furnished and beautifully decorated home equipped with all the amenities including three televisions, three VCRs, two DVD players, charcoal grill, fireplace, one-car garage, lots of parking space, screened porch, patio, central air conditioning, community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Downstairs in the family room is a large sofa (with queen sleeper) and a sitting area with a loveseat. The kitchen, which is open to the family room to promote easy socialization and functionality, has all the amenities including toaster, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and all the needed flatware and cooking supplies.
