Newport Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Each renter will be required to pay a $75 cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit of $250 per week of stay. Extra deposit may be required for pets if allowed. No high school or college groups allowed to stay. Only looking for couples and families.

- The bathroom has a lot of great features. 1 the toilet area and shower can be separated. The toilet and sink are in 1 room and the shower in another. There is a door that can be closed for privacy. The bathroom is all slate tile with radiant heating in the floor so the tiles are always nice and warm. The shower is all slate with a giant oversize rain shower head that downpours water. It is adjustable to a number of different settings depending on your preference. The bathroom also has a stackable washer and dryer. The bathroom also has built in speakers so you can listen to music while you shower.

- The Master bedroom features a queen sleigh bed with an unbelievably comfortable Simmons beauty rest mattress. All top of the line linens. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed that also has top of the line linens. It also has built in speakers and a ceiling fan.
