Friendly Dogs Welcome with Fee: Canoe and beach bikes are available on request. There is a full body message chair in main house upstairs. Property has both beach and bay access: Just 148 steps to beach!! Walking to 4 restaurants, 60-inch Sony TV in Living Room, and a large marble tub with TV in Master Bath!!
Our street is known as Key West by the owners because we have bright, beachy homes. Some of my guests have walked right down the beach alongside a crane and seagulls. Another guest, while sitting on a pier, saw 2 manatees scratching there backs on the barnacles under the pier. It’s a usual occurrence to see dolphins while sitting on the beach. and you can sometimes find sea turtles, and learn about them. Nearby, there’s the Shell Factory, Basketville, Mineral Springs, miniature golf, golfing, charter fishing, antique shops in Venice, and something for everyone. Boca Grande is only 20 minutes away, known as the tarpon capital of the world. There is a lot to do.
Treat Yourself: The house is all about luxury, privacy and all is new. The property is romantic and fun, and very nice.
Golf: Golf, golf, gulf everywhere!!!! Whether it is the Gulf of Mexico you seek or a great round of Golf. You will find it here. There are a minimum of 12 golf courses in the immediate area----rated 5 star on some.
Other Activities: Mote Marine, Shopping, Restaurants, Shell Factory, Basketville, Siesta Key, Shopping on St.Armens Circle
