The second floor also has two bedrooms, containing a queen and two twin beds. The third floor has a third bedroom with a queen bed. In addition, the cozy third floor loft contains two full-size futons and a TV. There are 3 full baths, one on each floor. Located on .75 acres, the house offers two 12'x28' decks, a stone patio, a 12'x24' putting green, horseshoe pits and plenty of privacy.

The house is located in the Towamensing Trails community, and it is an easy walk to the lake (195 acres), beach, outdoor heated pool, and clubhouse (bar and restaurant). Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski areas are just minutes away. The Pocono Raceway, Penn's Peak, Jim Thorpe, Pocono Whitewater Adventures (rafting, paint ball, biking), Hickory Run State Park, and The Crossings shopping outlets are all close by. Other activities include golf, miniature golf, ice skating, roller skating, snowmobiling, snow tubing, horseback riding and trout stream fishing.
