Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

To above add $90 cleaning fee and 12.02% tax for short term leases or 1.75% for log term leases.
$500 refundable security deposit at booking.
Weekends are nights of Friday through Sunday at seasons nightly rate.
Monday through Thursday only bookings are Midweek with 10% off nightly rate.
Christmas & New Years Holiday Weeks no discount available. 3 night minimum.
50% deposit at booking with balance due 60 days of arrival.
No refund if cancellation within 60 days of arrival.
15% Cancellation fee before 60 days of arrival.
Check in – 4:00pm Check out – 11:00am.
Summer rates do not include utilities.
