Minimum one week rental. Weekly rentals run Saturday (4 PM Check-in) to Saturday (10 AM Check-out). Monthly rentals are calendar months (1st of the month to last day of the month). Alternate check-in and check-out dates, if available, are negotiable. Lower rates negotiable for rentals of three months or more. Rental fees include all taxes and utilities.
Refundable Security Deposit of $500 is required with all weekly rentals. Monthly rentals require a $750 Security Deposit. Multi-month rentals may require a slightly larger Security Deposit. The $125 cleaning fee is a non-refundable, one time fee for weekly rentals. This cleaning fee is $195 for monthly rentals. -
All rental reservations require a deposit to secure the reservation. The deposit is made up of the $500 or $750 Security Deposit (refunded at the end of your stay) plus 25% of the rental fee for your stay. The balance of funds (75% of the rental fee plus a $125 or $195 cleaning fee) are due on the day you arrive. Payment can be made by cashier's check, money order, or electronically with an eCheck.
Upon making your reservation, a lease will be sent to you for review and signature. A reservation is not confirmed until your deposit and signed lease agreement are received by us.
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing 30 days prior to occupancy to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations received between 15 and 30 days will be given a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations received less than 15 days before occupancy will not receive a refund.

Rental Periods Offered:: Minimum 1 Week Rental. Weekly rentals run Saturday (4 PM Check-in) to Saturday (10 AM Check-out). Extra days may be available. Monthly rentals are usually calendar months (1st of the month to last day of the month). Alternate check-in and check-out dates, if available, are negotiable. Discounts on multiple week or multiple month rentals are negotiable.
Taxes and Utilities:: Rates include all Taxes and Utilities, including cable TV, gas, water, electric, local phone calls, and Internet access. For monthly rentals in the hot summer months (July through September), a limit on electric usage charges may be imposed, with the excess usage charges deducted out of security deposit. If a limit is imposed, it will be negotiated and agreed to prior to rental commitment.
Parking: The unit includes one enclosed garage with automatic garage door opener. There is also ample parking available in front of the condo.
Golf: Condo is just a short walk away from the Legend Trail Golf Club.
Other Activities: Desert and Mountain Hiking, Fishing, Scenic Drives Nearby
