Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Fees & Taxes -- Prices for 2007-08 plus 12% Hotel Tax
- Payment -- An amount equal to 50% of the total rent will be required at the time your reservation is made. The remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is required upon making the reservation.
- Cancellation Policy -- If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation 90 days or more prior to arrival, we will refund your complete deposit less a $300 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel less then 90 days prior to arrival, you will still be able to receive a full refund of your deposit providing the unit is re rented for the same period at the same rate, less a $300 re- booking fee. We promise to make our best effort to do this. No –shows without prior notification will forfeit all monies paid. Re-booking or changing dates of reservations may be done depending on availability in lieu of cancellation on an individual basis, please call the numbers below to discuss any of this.

Great Location-on the water-close to town!: The beach for Bella Vista is built on a seawall. Access to the ocean is by a small grotto, a swim ladder, or just jump in off the dock - you can swim, snorkel, or dive right here! You are able to see lots of underwater life in your own backyard. Sunbathe on the sundeck by the pool or on the private sandy beach with lounge chairs under grass-roofed palapas. What a great way to just relax and get a tan. There is also on-site boat pickup that serves all the dive shops and fishing boats. Lockers provided for dive equipment. The huge (50-foot by 25-foot), three-level, freshwater pool and sundeck offers fun for any age.
Location: Bella Vista will easily sleep ten. and Location: Bella Vista is 3200 square feet of luxury living with 450 square feet of covered oceanfront terrace. The ocean is out the sliding doors and the town is just down the elevators. This condominium has just got to be the greatest location in Cozumel. Look at the pictures - you can almost feel the sun on your back and sand in your toes! And may your time be filled with relaxing sunsets, cool drinks and sand between your toes.
