Minimum stay 1 month
Off Season: April 2008 to December 2008: $6,000 / month

Christmas / New Years, Fantasy Fest and Thanksgiving,: 2008: $2,500/week
Minimum stay 2 weeks for Christmas / New Years, 1 week for Fantasy Feast and Thanksgiving.
Winter: January , 2008 to March 31, 2008: $6,500/month
Minimum stay 1 month - 50% due up front to reserve dates with remainder due 30 days before you move in. Dates are not reserved until check is received. A $500.00 damage deposit is required for weekly renters and a $1000.00 utilities / damage deposit for monthly renters. Check in and out are on Saturdays, however, if possible we will try to accommodate your travel plans.

Cudjoe Key House Details
Quite dead end street.: The house sits on a quite dead end street, with only 5 other homes on the entire block. I own the vacant lot next door for added privacy. The house was completely remodeled inside and out in Dec. of 2006. With new decks, siding, tile, dock, and paint. A new bait freezer downstairs for the avid fisherman. Rental includes two one-man kayaks to paddle around the islands and the use of two 18 speed bikes.
Ocean views from the decks are the best in the Key: The ocean views consist of open water with three Island dotting the horizon. The closest island is a major bird habitat. During the evening you can watch the birds flock to the island to nest, then leaving again at sunrise. There are much more interior photo's at our home web site .
Two docks on the side canal for fishing .: There is also a vacant lot next to the house for your privacy and to park your trailer or cars.
Golf: There are two golf courses near by. One in Marathon, and the other in Key West
Other Activities: kayaking, biking
