Our Ocean Colony condominium has a huge living room, two bedrooms (includes one Queen-size, two twin-size, and one queen-sleeper-sofa) Two Full Baths. It has a full-kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, vacuum, washer, & dryer. We keep it stocked with non-perishable kitchen products, paper goods, blender, cooking utensils, hair dryer, alarm clock, games, iron & board, phone, central heat/air conditioning, two Cable TVs, VCR, DVD. Park your car in our Private Covered Parking Garage, and use our private entrance to the Beach, Boards, No need to drive again. Our condominium is in the heart of Ocean City!! Our Luxury Condominium was renovated with all new paint and furniture in 2005, it has all the comforts of home. Enjoy the Game room with billiards, ping-pong, card table, TV and foosball. The on-site community lounge has full kitchen, ice maker, Big Screen TV/Library and has tables/chairs for about 60.

Ocean Colony Condominium is located at Ninth & Ocean Avenue. You will be steps away from, Castaway Cove, Wonderland Amusements and the Water Park. Stroll the boards in the evening with weekly events going on. This condominium is a non-smoking unit with no pets allowed. We rent to families only to ensure a pleasurable vacation. Monthly & seasonal rentals only.
