From Austin, take Hwy. 71 West and proceed west on 71 approximately 8 miles past R.R. 620 to R.O. Drive. Watch for R.O. drive right after 71 West goes from 2 lanes to 1 lane heading west. Turn right on R.O. Drive and go 1.9 miles to Bee Creek Rd. Turn left on Bee Creek Rd., go about 1/10 of a mile to Cory Lane. Turn Right on Cory Lane and stay left when the road splits, Cory Lane then turns into Oak Ridge. The home is on the left side 1/10 of mile from Bee Creek Rd. and has a huge rock wall with the address 2705 Oak Ridge.

Lake Travis House Rates

  • $325-$450 per night....2 night minimum......3 night minimum on Holidays
  • PAYMENT POLICY: Once you have indicated your desire to rent, we will hold the property for 7 days while awaiting your rental deposit of 50% of the total rent. If not received within that period we cannot hold the dates. Within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date we require the other 50% of the total rent with 6% tax plus a $500 damage security deposit. The security deposit will be mailed to you after your departure assuming no damages or extra cleaning. If we do not receive the second installment on the rent and the security deposit prior to 30 days of your arrival date, the first 50% of rent held as deposit will be forfeited and your reservation will be canceled. Simply remain in contact with us and confirm our receipt of deposits and things should be fine.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel once you have a confirmed reservation and more than 30 days from your scheduled arrival date, every effort to re-rent the property during your reservation period will be made. If the home can be rented for your dates, your deposit, less a $75 fee will be refunded. If we are unable to re-rent the home, your deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation occurs with less than 30 days remaining, once again every effort to re-rent will be made however if it is not re-rented for your dates, you will be charged the full rental rate and your security deposit ($500) will be returned. All cancellations must be done over the phone live. (No voice mails or emails will be accepted for cancellations).

Lake Travis House Details

Lake Travis Conditions: Lake Travis is considered the Crown Jewel of the Highland Lakes, known for it's beautiful coves, steep bluffs, peninsulas & good fishing. The Lake is 63 miles long with 270 miles of shoreline. There are large open areas for sail boats and high bluffs to block wind for great water skiing. The water is deep, clean and clear, great for swimming and scuba diving. There are numerous Marinas & Restaurants on the lake for your boating and dining needs. The lake is considered full at 681 ft. above sea level & it is currently around 680 ft above sea level, about 1 ft. low. All ramps are open in our area including Briarcliff Marina & Pace Bend Park. Call the Park entrance booth to check on current status of ramps & fees.
