Activities: Contact information for Sports Venue tickets, live theater productions, and all other activities in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area can be obtained by emailing me. Maps, locations and tourist information also available. Golf and Tennis reservations can also be arranged as well as club and racket rentals.
Home Amenities: 2 car garage with automatic openers. Indoor laundry room with washer and dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, all kitchen appliances. Bedrooms complete with all linen. Back yard has lemon and tangerine trees, juicer in kitchen. Walking distance to grass beach at Desert Harbor Lake common area. 1/2 block to common pool and picnic area. 2 miles from Arrowhead Mall power area with every restaurant you can think of plus the Peoria Sports complex which houses the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres. 4 miles from the new Cardinal stadium which is next door to one of the largest Cabella's in the country, complete with it's own river and huge trophy room with full mounts. Next to the Cardinal Stadium is the Coyote Hockey Arena home of the Phoenix Coyote's and the Arizona Sting. 3 Miles from the Arizona Broadway Theater with live plays and musical that change each month. Attend a concert or comedy show at the Dodge Theater or Desert Sky Pavilion. It's a sunny paradise!
Ski: Day trip to Snowbowl from your vacation home, 2 hour drive, or overnight to Sunrise Ski Area in the White Mountains, 3 hour drive and worth it just for the scenery there and back.
Golf: The west valley is home to numerous public courses. Email for a list. Also 1 mile north is the manufacturing facility of Antigua Sportswear, a leader in golf clothing. The Antigua outlet store is open 5 days a week with unbelievable bargains.
