Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Deposit of $200(week/weekend) or $500(monthly) is due 7 days after booking in order to keep reservation
Check-in 3pm & Check-out 10am. EST
Weekly rentals are Saturday-Saturday
Weekend rentals are Fri and Sat night
Monthly rentals available from November through April.
Personal checks will ONLY be accepted MORE than 30 days prior to your arrival date. - 1st Payment of 50% Due 60 days prior to rental.
2nd Payment of 50% Due 15 days prior to rental.
