* Summer Holidays (July 4, Venetian Festival)...add 10%
* Off-Peak Season .. Oct-May .. $1000 to $2000/weekend (based on occupancy).
* New Years Weekend: $2000 to $3000 based on occupancy (weekly rate: tbd)
* 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking.
* $500 damage deposit refundable within 1 week of stay.

Built in 2003, the house features every up-to-date convenience: gourmet kitchen with maple cabinets, main floor bedroom suite, second floor living suite, sun room, main floor laundry, attached three plus car garage, three bathrooms with showers and lighting features. Professionally decorated and landscaped. It's difficult to imagine that The Lodge's private location is within two miles of Lake Geneva's lakefront as well as the many prime area attractions including: Several area lakefronts, 400 holes of golf, water sports, skiing, restaurants, theatres, sports activities, picnic areas and playgrounds (see detailed list). Adequate parking for recreational vehicles is available directly on the property.
