Wellfleet House Details
Close to Everything : Wellfleet is unique, even among Cape Cod towns, in that it not only offers the ocean and the bay, it also has several rarely found, clear, cool, sandy bottomed, glacial kettle ponds. In addition, because this part of the Cape is not very wide, all are either a short walk or a short drive -- ten minutes or less. Wellfleet also has a natural harbour, so it boast a historic fishing village which is now filled with charming shops and restaurants. Wellfleet is 20 Minutes from Provincetown, and 2 hours from Boston.
At Home in the Trees : Situated in Old Kings Crossing, a private wooded subdivision that adjoins the national forest preserve, spacious 10 Noble Way is on a dead end street away from highways and busy roads making it an ideal place to relax, and for children to run about and explore. While only a 5 minute ride to the bay or ocean, it's only a short walk (less than 10 minutes) through the woods to cool clear Duck Pond (glacial kettle pond).
Our Home is your Home: 10 Noble Way is not just a rental property, it is our vacation home. We love to cook, we love to entertain and we love to relax.
