To secure your reservation of a week or more, a deposit of $500 is due at the time you make your Reservation. For rentals of less than a week a security deposit of $250 is required. Provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, or property damage, the security/reservation deposit will be returned in full approximately 1-2 weeks after your departure. - Housekeeping & Cleaning Deposit:
The condo is professionally cleaned before and after your arrival. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 is required for all rentals.
Linens & Towels
Pillows, blankets, linens and towels are all included in the rate. You may bring your own linens and towels if you desire but the rate will remain the same.
