- There are very high ceilings in all the bedrooms with a large number of teak closets and drawers. There is satellite cable in two of the bedrooms with Sony televisions. Since the house is made of solid monolithic cement, the home stays cool with a minimum use of the three mini-split air handlers.

Playa Hermosa House Details
Embrace beauty: The food is spectacular. When you are done with that (which you never are) you can rent a horse for thirty-five dollars for three hours and run it down seven miles of beach. There are three canopy tours within ten minutes of the house and three restaurants and a deep-dish pizza joint at the road entrance to entertain or dine without having to drive into the town of Jaco six miles away.
Los Suenos and Caletas: The first government funded golf and yachting club is ten minutes away with a world bank and one of the most dramatic pool configurations winding through a maze of small overhead bridges. There are several bars and patio dining locations overlooking a 270 degree view of the Pacific ocean. Caletas is a mountaintop Castle with private rooms 400 meters above the water with an epidaurian half shell with live music at sunset. Both are spectacular.
