Except For Summer Months And Major Holiday Weeks, You Can Rent Monday Through Wednesday For The Price Of 2 Weekend Nights. That Means You Pay For 2 Nights And Get The Third Free!!! - Keep in mind that besides our rental fee, that the Hideout charges a registration fee:
Weekend (1-3 overnights) $90,
One week (4 7 overnights) $115,
Two weeks (8-14 overnights) $150.
They do charge a late fee of $30 if given less than 2 working days to process your paperwork.
THE CURRENT PRICES ARE FOR 12 RENTERS INCLUDING CHILDREN ANY AGE. THE RATE PER ADDITIONAL RENTER IS $25 A DAY, UP TO 4 ADDITIONAL RENTERS. For weekly rentals, it's only $100 for the week for each additional person above 12 people, and up to 16 people. KEEP IN MIND THAT PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ESPECIALLY AROUND HOLIDAYS.
A MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS rental is required ON HOLIDAYS. Year round at least 2 nights rental is required.
RENTERS - Main renter must be at least 25 years old, and have photo ID with age to show. All renters names must be provided. WHEN IN DOUBT about age, available dates (which usually don't show), PLEASE CONTACT US by E-mail or phone.
