“Atiliomar” beach house is located 2 Kilometers outside a town called Playas. Guayaquil is the nearest large city and international airport, about 80 kilometers away - (1 hour by taxi/ 2 by buss). This is a beach front house. Walk out the back gate right onto the enormous, empty beach. European-style house with balcony overlooking ocean. Main house has two living rooms, dining area, sliding doors to garden. Pool with waterfall fountain. Dry garden and tropical flowers. House-care and food shopping available; caretakers live nearby; cooking can be arranged. Safe, quiet little fishing town. Shallow, gentle slope into ocean, with waves big enough to be convincing but not dangerous; little or no current. Large gated courtyard in front with covered parking areas and charming shrine garden. Restaurants nearby at small hotels and one small 'resort,' where inexpensive massage is available and wider variety of European-style food.

Nearest airport:   Guayaquil at 50 Miles

Located 2 KM outside the town of 'Playas', which is about 80 Km from the large city and international airport, Guayaquil. From the airport, a $50 cab ride gets you to the beach house in about an hour. Buses leave every few minutes and take a little more than 2 hours. The setting is tranquil beach near a small fishing town that attracts local Ecuadorian tourists from Guayaquil on weekends. Lots of seafood restaurants and food stands can be found along the beach front closer to the town.
