The villa features three bedrooms. The master bedroom which overlooks the pool, spa and lake has a king-size bed (6 ft), walk in closet and ceiling fan, en suite bathroom with twin hand basins, corner bath, over sized walk in shower, toilet, and a hairdryer. The second bedroom also overlooking the pool and lake, has a queen-size bed, cable TV, closet and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a Disney theme with Tiger bedding and has a double bunk bed (double on bottom/single on top) plus a single bed. There is a closet in this room also and an alternative set of bedding for older children/young adults. Bedrooms two and three share a second bathroom. Cot and highchair are provided free of charge on request.

The laundry room is complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, giving you the choice of traveling light and using these facilities. All linens and towels are provided. Patio doors lead from the living room to the large covered lanai and sun-deck, furnished with luxury padded patio furniture. Imagine a midnight swim or sitting in the jacuzzi with a Margarita or by the floodlit 30x14 foot pool after spending long days at the attractions and beaches, or shopping at one of Florida’s many malls and designer outlets. The pool and spa can be heated. (Recommended November to March). To keep your car cool there is a double garage.

At the entrance to the development there is a supermarket with deli, photo processing, and pharmacy, also a bank, post office, dentist, hairdressers, dry cleaners and pizza take-away. Wal-Mart is only 2 miles away. Our management company who can help with any queries, are on site. There is information about tickets for Disney and the attractions, maps, phone cards, etc. posted in the kitchen.
