One of these is a very large master suite, all new with a futon sitting area, walk-in closet, and lovely views. The fourth master bedroom has beds for 5 guests...fun! The fifth bedroom, the Bunk Room, is just around the corner from the downstairs family room with a queen sleep sofa.

Location, Location, Location: Duck Pond Lodge's Annual Thanksgiving Special - 5th Night is Free! Duck Pond Lane in the Sunriver Resort is adjacent to the Sun River. At the end of this short street is the beginning of the walking/bike 'River Trail' which crosses the Sun River and takes you out to the Deschutes River. With you morning coffee you will be on the river within minutes. With sweeping views of the river, the great meadow, and Mt. Bachelor new discoveries are made here daily....a snow goose floating amidst the ice in January, baby Canadian geese being ushered down the river by parents, deer grazing, eagles soaring, Osprey diving into the waters. The wonderful sounds of the river will reach you as you sit on our covered deck in the evenings. For the young at heart you may head in the other direction on a short walk or bike ride to Ft. Rock Park and Tennis Hill. Our home is located within a mile of the village mall, the Sunriver lodge, the Nature Center, the marina and horse stables.
