Oneida Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Peak Season is $3250 per week, off season is $3250 per week. Holiday week the 4th of July is $3750
- Remember first come first serve for all dates
What Are Your Policies Regarding Payment?
We require half payment due at reservation & the remainder due one month before arrival.. Payments are not refundable unless we re-book your rental week, then your deposit will be refunded.
What Is Your Check-In Time?
Check In Time Is Saturday at 4 pm. Check Out Time is the following Saturday at 10am.
Do You Require A Security Deposit?
A security deposit of $500 is due at time of reservation. If the cottage was left in the condition it was before your visit, the deposit will be completely refunded. However, if there has been damage to the cottage or property, or an excessive amount of cleaning is necessary to prepare it for the next renters, the damage will be assessed and the remainder of your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days.
How Many People Can Comfortably Stay at Twin Peaks Lake House?
