Fully remodeled condo (new porcelain tile throughout condo, new kitchen cabinets plus countertop, bathroom remodeled with new tile, new blinds, etc.etc.) Located less than 1 block from beach next to the world famous Ron Jon's surf shop. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. great location with a great beach atmosphere. If you are lucky catch a space shuttle launch. less than 5 miles from sterling casino boat. close to Kennedy space center. Condo is approx 600 sq ft and sleeps 2-4 comfortably. There is a king size bed in bedroom and futon that converts to a bed in den. condo is fully furnished with towels, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups, 2 televisions, etc.. Condo is still under construction and should be ready on 2/19/07. Pictures to follow
