$50 additional charge for parties over 6. This fee includes linen service.
Friday to Friday week to facilitate getting ferry reservations, however we are willing to discuss an alternate day.
Pets must be approved by homeowner. Please ask.
Security deposit for long-term rental: please ask. - FULL-WINTER RENTAL ALSO AVAILABLE annually from October through May (flexible.) This is a very clean, comfortable, well-equipped and well-maintained property. Fair, responsible landlord and on-island manager. Some amenities listed not available for winter rental. $1250/mo plus utilities. Or best offer. RATE NEGOTIABLE WITH YARDWORK AND CHORES. Call Ellen for details. 508-627-8525.
