Perched on top of a bluff, a few hundred feet from the ocean, and well away from your neighbors, Pacific View offers dramatic views of the blue Pacific Ocean. This special beach home is about two miles North of the town of Gold Beach, offering you quiet and privacy, yet close to shopping. Beneath you lies pristine Bailey Beach, a short walk from your door, where you can stroll for miles and rarely see another person. This is a luxury, non-smoking, non-scent home with 100% cotton linens, down pillows, wide screen HDTV, original artwork and private hot tub on the deck.

The Southern Oregon Coast is remote, wild and rugged. It is also known as America's Wild Coast Region as it is home to many important rivers where salmon spawn and sports fisherman come from around the world. The rugged coast provides spectacular scenery for about 100 miles where rock outcroppings, called haystacks, litter the shore. Gold Beach is 45 minutes north of the California border, about a 7 hour drive from San Francisco and a 6 hour drive from Portland. Whale watching, bird watching and storm watching are main events.

  • The bathrooms are basic and have luxurious Christy's of London towels. The master bath is 'ensuite' with the bedroom. The second bath serves the two other bedrooms. There is a half bath off of the kitchen.

  • All three bedrooms have water views. The master bedroom has a California king, low profile, Sleepworks mattress. There is a study off the bedroom with a wide screen HDTV and sofa. Bathroom with shower is ensuite. The south bedroom has a Simmons king bed, small deck, and big ocean view. The east bedroom has a Posturpedic pillow top queen bed with a meadow (cows) view and small view of the north coast. All linens are luxurious, high thread count, 100% cotton with flannel blankets, down pillows and down comforters. Linens are washed in unscented laundry product. This home uses limited scent in its cleaning and care and guests are asked to limit the use of perfume, cologne and other scented products during their stay.

The linens are luxurious, with 100% cotton sheets, natural fiber blankets, thick down comforters and down pillows. There are two HDTV's, with HBO and Showtime, a CD player and a DVD player. The home is equipped with a wireless, high speed Internet connection when you want to reach the outside world, and free long distance telephone service (USA and Canada). The home is decorated with original art work and the furnishings are upscale and comfortable. Housekeeping service is available daily, if you wish. An excellent massage therapist can be booked (arrangements need to be made well in advance of arrival).
