St. Martins Cottage Rates

  • High Season Rates: $850.00 per week July & August
    Mid Season Rates: $750.00 per week May & June, September & October
    Low Season: $550.00 per week November - April

    The tenant will pay an initial 50% deposit when sending in a signed booking form. The balance of the rent is due 4 weeks prior to occupation along with a security deposit of $250.00 in the form of a separate cheque. The security deposit cheque will be returned, upon confirmation that the cottage has been vacated in satisfactory condition. A security cheque is not necessary if paying with a credit card.
    ***Our cancellation policy as follows. If you must cancel your reservation one month prior to rental, your deposit will be forfeited, unless we are able to rent for that time slot.***
  • High Season Rates; $850.00 per week July & August
    Mid Season Rates $750.00 per week May June September & October
    Low Season rates $550.00 per week November-April
