50% of rental fee due within 60 days of rental period, the remainder due with in 14 days of rental.
5% Tax applied to rental.
Check in time is 4 p.m. and checkout time is 10 a.m. (maybe flexible depending on former and next rental)
There are no cleaning fees, however if house is not left (broom clean) there will be a $200 minimum cleaning fee.
Linens and bath towels are included in rental.
