Pre authorization will be returned if all units are clean as when first entered.
A cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged if not cleaned as it was when entered except cleaning towels, sheets, as well as additional people charge and any fees for damage, missing items, broken items. A list will be mailed with a receipt of the charge to the person responsible for the others in the house who is the signer of this contract. -
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your reservation at any given time however we will not refund the deposit for the rental but we can exchange it for another week which is more convenient for you based on availability.
