Gualala House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $300 Refundable Security Deposit; $75 Cleaning; $10/person for linens;11% Occupancy Tax
Personal checks or money orders only. $100 surcharge for major holidays.
One week minimum for Christmas and 4th of July.
4-night minimum for Thanksgiving, New Years
3-night minimum for Labor Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day
Should you need to cancel your stay, we will refund all monies received if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, minus a $50 administrative fee. For cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date, will refund the full amount if we are able to rebook the Phoenix Nest for the same time period. Otherwise, we will keep your full rental amount. - For two guests: mid-week $295/night; weekends: $645/2nights; one week: $1,895
For three-four guests: mid-week $345/night; weekends: $795/ two nights; one week: $2,250
Rates do not include: 11% occupancy tax, $80 cleaning fee and $10/person linen charge (optional)
There is an additional, fully-refundable security deposit of $300
