Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 2009-2010 RATES -- July and August $3300 per week, September thru December $2300 per week. May 2010 - $2000 per week, June 2010 $2500, July and August 2010 - $3300, Setember thru December 2010 - $2300 per week. No cleaning fee for weekly rentals. $175 cleaning fee for weekend rentals. Dogs accepted at a $25 per day up charge.
THREE DAY MINIMUM WEEKEND RENTALS - $1000 Security deposit required - Maximum of 6 guests
