Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- * Reserve: 50% nonrefundable deposits on your total - Balance paid before arrival.
* Maid: Optional $10 additional/day (dishes, beds, trash removal). We pay other half of cleaning fee by paying $50 also. We also pay the taxes out of your $125 nightly fee for the home.
* Caretakers: May be met at their store, 'SolarWorks!' in the Ocean View.
* On arrival day home is unlocked with keys on counter by caretakers. - We do not charge more money during certain times. It is the same great price all year around.
