This brand new rental is a luxurious beachfront condominium that is perfect for a couple or a family of 6! The huge living room looks out onto the turquoise blue Caribbean. A fully equipped kitchen has granite counters. Purified water throughout the unit. The large laundry room has a washer and dryer for your use. Beach towels also provided. Freshwater pool and a sandy beach. This ocean front home is on the Private 6th floor of Las Brisas Condo Complex. You will enjoy your own floor and the privacy that goes with it. The entire home including the 2 terraces is 2400 square feet. All 3 bedrooms have their own private baths plus a guest bathroom. Maid service, Satellite TV, wireless internet, local phone service.

Notes: Our beautiful home has the most breathtaking views from the private terrace. The view of the sea as well as sunsets are unbelievable! The back terrace off the dining area has a gas grill and a great view of the jungle and you can see the golf course from it! It is only a mile away!

Our home has the luxury of a 5 star hotel only much larger! It boasts a beautiful private view of the Caribbean as well as lounging chairs for your relaxing pleasure. Our original art in every room was collected from all over the Caribbean. The Rattan furniture that faces out to a breathtaking view of the sea is cool and comfortable with lots of footstools for your weary body! The colors inside are all taken from the outside natural colors-from the sand colored walls to the washed - azure bedroom walls-to the palm frond painted jungle room!

You will enjoy walks on our sandy beach as well as swimming in the heated fresh water pool. Snorkeling right off our beach is also great! You will have maid service. We supply all linens as well as beach towels. All the water is purified and we have Cable TV [ 2 TVs} as well as wireless internet service.

World class scuba diving and snorkeling is a main attraction to this quiet beautiful island.

Golf: The Jack Nicholas designed 18 hole golf course is just 1 mile away!
