Linens provided. Extensive outdoor covered patios. The gardens abound with a variety of tropical plants which attract many species of birds. The Howler monkeys are a common scene in our area. Located in Montanas de Conchal community (south end of Conchal) with 24 hour security. A great value!

This is a lovely wooded area very near 3 beautiful beaches, the closest being Playa Conchal which is 1 km from the house. Casa Mayte is in a new development together with 6 other houses and the area still maintains the charm of the real Guanacaste. The development has 24 hour security and the house is fully equipped including has satellite TV and WiFI connection. Tamarindo and Flamingo are the closest 'large' towns with the village of Matapalo being only minutes away for grocery shopping. We are happy to arrange for private pickup/drop-off for small and large groups from the Liberia Internationl or San Jose International Airports. We can also provide free tour and rental car assistance at discounted prices. Please inquire for rates.
