The weekly rates are all included excluding following extras:
Central heating 300Euro/week; firewood 80Euro/cubic metre.
Upon request, to be booked in advance and paid cash on site:
• Intensive tennis courses
• Welcome pack: 30 Euro
• Cooking lessons: prices per menu
• Extra house cleaning: 15Euro/h
• Extra sheet and towel change: 7Euro/person
Rentals & prices for longer or shorter periods than 1 week, in low and medium seasons, will be valued on request - Changeover day: Saturday. Arrival time from 4.00 p.m. to 7.p.m. Departure time at 9.00 a.m. If you will be in late, please call us on our mobile. At the arrival a deposit of 200 € cash is requested, to be handed to the housekeeper; it will be handed you back after a check of the villa the day of your departure. Any loss or damage caused by your failure to respect the property, fixtures or fittings shall be deducted from your breakages deposit. To confirm the booking 30% of the total amount is required immediately; the rest has to be paid in advance (within 14 days before the date of arrival) through money transfer. Cancellation made within 30 days before arrival date: 30% charge. Cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival date: 100% charge. If the number of persons arriving exceeds the maximum sleeping places, we reserve the right to refuse admittance.

- All bedrooms are very cozy - each with lots of typical Tuscan characteristic - and spacious, so families will find lots of space. The large airy rooms keep the villa cool and refreshing in the warmer months. There is one bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with three single beds and a twin bedded room. There is a study, which provides another private area for small groups to spend time talking and relaxing, which also serves as a spare single bedroom upon request.

On entering LisiDor you find yourself in a large spacious room with a wood fireplace: from this room you get to the fully equipped kitchen, the studio with a single sofa bed, a large bedroom with 3 single beds, a double bedroom, a twin bedded room, 3 bathrooms and a cosy tower room with TV Sat. The spacious and comfortable rooms allow each party member to enjoy a little solitude whenever required. A furnished loggia terrace has an original, 300 years old working bread oven and a BBQ providing a perfect spot for eating al fresco. For the active guests a tennis court and a large swimming-pool are at complete disposal, situated within the large garden granting much privacy
We can help arrange wine tasting and visits to wineries.
