Mountain Biking/Hiking: Wonderful trails for biking and hiking are right out your door at Park City Mountain Resort.
Ski: First Time and Eagle Lift are a short walk from the Park Avenue Condos. You can also take the free bus one stop to the resort center. If you ski down to the bottom of First Time Lift you can simply walk across the street and ski across the Golf Course to Park Avenue Condos.
Golf: Park Avenue Condos are nicely tucked away off of Park Avenue adjacent to the City Golf Course. We are a short walk from the Park City Golf Club. The course features 18 holes/par 72 with 6,800 yards and offers some of the premier golfing in Utah. Characterized by fantastic views, alpine greens, cool breezes and a top pro course, Park Avenue condos is the ideal location for a golfing vacation.
