Killington Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Check-In time: 6pm, check-out time: 10am
- All stays are subject to add 10% VT Meals and Rooms Tax.
Major credit cards (via Paypal, Google Checkout), Money order, Personal Check.
• Cancellations greater than 30 days (60 days for Holidays) prior to arrival receive a 90% refund of deposit.
• Cancellation made 8-30 days (60 days for Holidays) of arrival 50% of total lodging is forfeited.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no shows will forfeit 100% lodging fees.
All credit card transactions carry an additional 2.9% transaction fee. - Deposits
For stays booked more than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the base rent required at time of booking. The balance of rent, tax, fees, $400 refundable security deposit are due 30 days before the date of arrival (60 days for all Holiday periods).
