Siasconset Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The rates for off season will be priced by the night. Off season start in November.
- Currently the rate is $425.00 a night for in-season...please call because weekly rentals are done only during this time. If I have some open days I will do by the night :) $365.00 off season.
A 3 night minimum is needed for off season rentals, but it may be any 3 days you wish :) Thanksgiving on Nantucket or Christmas Stroll...the winter season is a lovely time to rest and enjoy the island at her peaceful best! - May-June $2,200 a week July-September $2,300 per week
New-keeping in touch with my guests I am keeping the rental rates for summer 2011 at last season's price. As always your doggies are welcome too and we look forward to your Nantucket visit this season :)
