Dog fee 150/ dog. If you cancel fewer than 90 days before your arrival date, no monies will be refunded unless a replacement booking is obtained. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather.

- One King size bed with a small walk out porch. Setting is the woods... Also on the first floor the second bedroom which consists of two twins beds. The basement has a room of its own as well, a queen size bed with a walk out basement. A large sitting area with sofa and TV are down in the basement as well as a TV in the bedroom (cable). The loft area, has two queen size pull out sofas as well. 1600 square feet upstairs on first floor including loft, downstairs is 700 square feet consisting of a bedroom with a large play area and utility room.

CLEAN and location, location, location: This cottage is clean and is extremely comfortable. Decorated with style and attention paid to detail. You will be pleasantly surprised. This is NOT the ordinary rental where you hope what you have rented is worth what you paid for. Enjoy a carefree relaxing trip to the Edgartown Cottage. Trash pickup is already preset, grass gets cut weekly, sheets are included and beds are made. Two pull out sleeper queen size sofas upstairs in the loft area, King size bed in the Master bedroom, Two twin beds in the other bedroom. 2 full baths, basement with a queen size bedroom and a walkout basement. Central air conditioning, beach towels provided and a gas grill on the outdoor deck all add to the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
