Dog fee 150 per dog. If you cancel fewer than 90 days before your arrival date, no monies will be refunded unless a replacement booking is obtained. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather.

- One King size bed with a small walk out porch. Setting is the woods... Also on the first floor the second bedroom which consists of two twins beds. The basement has a room of its own as well, a queen size bed with a walk out basement. A large sitting area with sofa and TV are down in the basement as well as a TV in the bedroom (cable). The loft area, has two queen size pull out sofas as well. 1600 square feet upstairs on first floor including loft, downstairs is 700 square feet consisting of a bedroom with a large play area and utility room.
