- Half of rental fee is due when reservation is made. Full payment is due 90 days prior to date on which reservation begins. No refund unless cancellation is 120 days prior to stay or house can be re-rented.

- Each bedroom has a theme. There is the King's Crown room with a canopy king size bed and elegant decor. The big, open, cheerful Country Garden room has two canopy queen beds. Kids will love the twin beds inside the tent in the Mountain Adventure room. A natural, wildlife motif livens up the Wilderness Trail room with its twin beds. Grandma's Attic with two twin beds is a room to explore with dress up clothes in the old trunk. The upstairs balcony has a queen-size hide-a-bed. Guests often comment on how well they sleep. They enjoy the support of memory foam and the soft warmth of the puffy down comforters.
