Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rental rate is required within (7) days of booking the reservation. The balance is due (30) days before the arrival date. Reservations made less the (30) days prior to the Arrival Date require full payment to book the property. There is a security deposit of $300 that is fully refundable as long as the terms of the rental agreement are met. In addition, to the security deposit, there is a cleaning fee of $150. The cleaning fee is non-refundable.
- Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, personal or business checks, certified checks, cashier's checks, or money orders. However, we cannot accept personal or business checks within thirty 30 days of your arrival. Keys to the property can not be provided until all checks have cleared and proof of identification has been provided.

The 4th Bedroom is set up as an office that includes a Full Size futon bed, complete with hi-speed Internet access, desk, and printer. Just plug in your laptop and you're ready to go.
