Santa Fe Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $200 a day
- This is our vacation home and is available year round for rent at $200 a day (3 night minimum) $1400/week. Christmas week $1750. Long Weekend Rates: $600/3 nights, $800/4 nights. Email to reserve your dates. Professional cleaning included prior to arrival and after departure. Two chidren maximum.

10 % deposit due when you make the reservation by personal check or Pay-Pal. This deposit is non-refundable.
Remainder due 3 weeks before arrival. If you cancel less than 3 weeks before arrival 50% of total rent you have paid will be refunded to you and you wil be credited with the other 50% for one future visit, pending availability.
