Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Holiday Rates: Thanksgiving Week $10,000 & Christmas Holiday $13,000 up to 14 persons.
- LOW SEASON: April 14 through December 14, the weekly rate is $7,600 for 1-6 persons. Please add $700 per week for each additional 2 persons up to 10 and $400 per week for an additional 2 persons (on sleep sofas) up to 14 people.
HIGH SEASON: December 15 through April 13 Rates are $8,900 weekly for 1-6 persons. Add $700 for each 2 persons up to 10 and $400 per week for each additional 2 persons (on sleep sofas) up to 14 total. - Call 340-779-2629 for a discount on any reservations 30 days or less from arrival.
Also Included in this offer are the America's Cup Suite which sleeps 2 for $1,600 or 3-4 for $1,800 and the adjoining Australia bedroom for an additional $200 per week. The suite has a fully equiped kitchen, living/dining room Master bedroom and access to the infinity pool and all terraces upstairs.
