Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Off Peak Rate 150/night, Peak Season Rate 175/night *See our rates page for additional specials
- Two night minimum. Three night minimum for Holidays and Festivals. Fully refundable Security Deposit $150, Full payment due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
$80 cleaning fee and 10% tax added to all rentals
$25 pet fee (small pets only and with owner approval!)
