Pentwater House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Off season availability is far more flexible...please inquire about nightly and weekend rates
- $250 deposit is required. Deposit will be returned promptly following cleaning inspection. Your position will be held verbally for 30 days, in which time a rental agreement needs to be completed and returned. Deposit and final payment to be paid in US Dollars in cash, bank draft or credit card (See details below). Final rent is due no less than 60 days from first night's occupancy, unless arrangements are otherwise made with the owner. Personal checks will not be accepted. Obtain a copy of the rental agreement (in PDF format) from us by e-mail.
- Credit Card Payment: If you choose to pay with credit card, we can accept visa/mastercard/amex/discover. A non-refundable 3% transaction fee will be added to these payments. Please indicate that you would like to pay with credit card and we will send an invoice with link to a secure pay site. We will also e-mail the rental agreement, which is required to be retuned within 30 days, or we will consider releasing your dates.

Pentwater House Details
Cutomer Service: We will be available to help you during your stay. Being 'hands-on' owners, our phone line is always open to you for assistance with the property, locating activities or finding a lost item. We're local, and understand the importance of being there when needed, having been renters ourselves at many locations around the world.
Diving/Snorkeling: Being local, we do tend to accumulate the toys of the area. Should you be a scuba diver or snorkeler, we would be happy to take your group to some of the best freshwater diving sites available. We have side scan sonar on board and may even find something previously undiscovered. There are over 6000 shipwrecks in the great lakes...only 600 have been found. Please make sure you request boat time far enough in advance that we can accommodate you.
Other Activities: powered sand dune and off road trails adventures...major theme park...two major water parks
