Key Largo Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A $500 security/confirmation deposit is required to book a reservation. Two weeks prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due. The deposit is held in escrow until departure. After inspection/cleaning, the deposit is refunded less the cleaning fee and any damages assessed.
- Rentals run Saturday-Saturday.
