Check in is after 3:00 pm on your check in date and Checkout is by 11:00 am on your Saturday check out date. 50% deposit must be received by way of check within 2 weeks of receiving rental agreement. Remaining balance due within 1 month of arrival date. Refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required, which is placed on a credit card as a hold. Your credit card is never charged unless damage occurs. Out of season weekend rates please call for information at 717-632-3452. Visa / MasterCard now accepted with a 3% service fee added.
Check in time is 3:00pm on your arrival date and check out is the following Saturday by 11:00am.
Weekend rates for Friday-Sunday after August is : $500.00. - Each additional night add $200 .00. Unit must be left as clean as was found for next renter. Cleaning fee included in rental rate. Families Only... Visa / MasterCard now accepted. NO Senior Weeks Rentals Allowed. - From Sept 2013 thru Dec 2013 we do rent for weekends, long extended weekends. Please call for availability and current rental rents at 717-632-3452.
We will offer a $100.00 off per weekly rental, offer good until March 31,2013, if weeks booked by then.
