Lower level has spacious 2 car garage and a bedroom with full bed and full bath. The next level up features the living room / dining room with hardwood floors and a beautiful tiled kitchen. In the Living area is an HD television with a Sony PlayStation 2 and DVD player. There is a half bath located off the kitchen as well as a washer/dryer combo. The kitchen has the latest state of the art, stainless steel appliances with built in microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen table seats 4 and Island bar will seat 4 more. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom features a queen bed with full bath, television with DVD player. 2nd bedroom features full lower and twin top bunk bed. 3rd bedroom has a sleigh bed with pull out trundle. All bedrooms feature nice size closets with dressers. Balconies on middle and top levels. Families ONLY

Ocean City convention center is minutes away. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age
