Direction:: Direction: The property is located 12 miles North of the city of Amsterdam, Exit 27 off the NYS Thruway (Intersate 90.) At exit 27 take right turn onto route 30 and go north approx. 9 miles, when you get to the intersection of Route 29 & 30 take a right turn onto Route 29 heading East until you come to the 1st traffic light (1mile) at the light, turn left onto Second Ave., proceed until you come to the (4) four corner intersection, turn right on to Main St. (you're now in Broadalbin N.Y.), follow Main St. bearing left past the monument and then right onto North St., stay on it until you come to the Y intersection, (look for sign Springers Towing & Garage) take a left onto Lakeview Rd., Go eight tenths of a mile (go past the entrance to the Sacandaga Bible Conference and McMurray Boat Livery) take the 1st left turn past McMurray Rd., turn left onto Sunny Bay Road, the home will be the last property on you left. You have arrived !
