- * The above charges include a recreation fee ($50) for the use of two pools and recreation facilities during the summer season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and a cleaning fee. A $300 security deposit (per week) for keys, pool passes and damages is required and will be refunded when keys & passes are returned and unit is inspected upon departure. Payments may be made with check, money order, echeck, or credit card. No third party checks will be accepted. To reserve your dates, a deposit of one half the rent is due when the reservation is made. If a reservation is made less than 60 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of the reservation. Payment in full, including the balance of rent and security deposit, is due 60 days prior to check-in. Renter must provide verifiable address and phone number for contract documents. Our goal is to rent to family groups -- Renter must be 25 years of age and related to at least one other member of the vacation party.
- Check in time during peak season is 3 pm. Check out time is 10 am. Weeks begin and end on SUNDAY. This way you will avoid spending the first and last day of your vacation stuck in traffic! For non-peak times, check with owners.

Brightly lit by the skylight, its easy to check your tan in the mirror above the double sink vanity. A convenient half bath is on the first floor off the kitchen. And for a refreshing clean up after the beach or pool, use the roomy outdoor shower.

The living room has an older queen size sleeper sofa with foam topper. Pillows and blankets available for all beds. Renter to provide own linens and towels. TV with remote in each of the bedrooms.
